Sustainability
This shawl is designed and hand-crafted by the designer-maker in Bridge Village, Kent, using 100% sustainably sourced merino wool that originates from Spain. The wool comes from non-mulesed sheep, is spun in England, and dyed using OEKO-TEX® certified dyes. As a natural fibre, merino wool is fully biodegradable.
Craftsmanship
Each shawl is individually made to order by the designer-maker behind Handmade in Bridge. Every piece is carefully knitted in Kent, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a truly unique designer merino wool shawl.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, each piece may vary slightly, making every shawl one of a kind.
Made to Order
As each shawl is handmade, please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping once your order has been placed.
Delivery
Complimentary delivery and gift packaging are included in the price.

Approximately 222 cm long × 60 cm wide
Composition
100% sustainably sourced merino wool, spun in the UK.

Hand Wash
• Ensure your sink is clean or use a clean bowl.
• Fill with cold water.
• Add a few drops of mild detergent.
• If detergent is unavailable, a small amount of liquid soap may be used.
• Place your merino shawl in the soapy water and allow it to soak for approximately 10 minutes.
• Gently agitate the water from time to time.
• Drain and rinse with fresh cold water.
• Do not wring.
Drying
• The best way to dry your merino shawl is to lay it flat on a towel, turning it occasionally while it dries.
• Alternatively, you may hang it over a chair or banister to dry.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Pressing
• To remove creases, press on a warm iron setting.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from my studio in the United Kingdom using DHL Express.
Shipping is included in the price of your item. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
International Orders
For customers outside the United Kingdom, please note that import duties, customs taxes, and DHL handling fees are not included in the purchase price.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They may be requested by DHL before or upon delivery.
Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In perfect condition
Returned in their original packaging

Trying On Your Garment
Please take care when trying on your garment. I kindly ask that you remove jewellery and avoid transferring makeup, perfume, or cosmetics onto the item.
Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
