## Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellation

- Custom or made-to-order items

- Perishable goods

29. Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variations are not considered faults.

30. To cancel, you must inform us clearly by email at handmadeinbridge@icloud.com.

31. If you cancel your order, you must return the Goods within 14 days of informing us.

32. You are responsible for the cost of returning Goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.

33. Returned Goods must be in their original condition. We may reduce your refund if the value of the Goods has been diminished through unnecessary handling.

34. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned Goods or proof of return.
